- In Gran Canaria, we often say that our island is a miniature continent. And there is no better way to verify it than the Transgrancanaria Advanced. The beautiful town of Teror, the Nublo Rural Park, the Tejeda Caldera, and the iconic towns of Artenara and Tejeda take center stage in the first half of the race. The second part unfolds along the south face of the island. We leave the greenery behind to immerse ourselves in a drier landscape that will reveal the essence of this “miniature continent.”
